  • Electricity is paid according to current consumption, 5 CZK/KWh - deducted from the deposit.
  • Water/sewerage is already included in the price (up to 1000l/1 night stay)
  • Refundable deposit of 15,000 CZK is paid by bank transfer at least one day before arrival (same bank account as when paying for the stay)
  • Local fee 10 CZK/day/person is added to the price.
  • The price includes FREE use of the hot tub, sauna, tap facilities and a basket of wood for the entire duration of your stay.
  • THE WHOLE LOG HOUSE IS ALWAYS RENTED.
